I am a full time REALTOR, with over 9 years of experience.  I offer "Performance.... not Promises". Whether you are a first time home buyer, relocating to a new area and need to sell or are looking for investment property, I can help.  From the Bases to the Beaches and Beyond, I can help you find the right home for you and your family's needs.  I provide personal service to all my clients.  I never want you to think I don't care about your home buying or selling experience.

I believe that education & technology are key in being able to provide quality service.  It is my job in return to educate my clients in their real estate transaction and to provide an objective view.  I have the negotiating experience to make most deals work.
