If you add-in an additional 3,000 miles of separation for out of town buyers, it definitely adds to the frustrations. You were available day and night and always responded back immediately no matter how trivial our questions and apprehensions were. I am writing this letter to inform you that my experience with Ellen Hough from Exit Realty in Jacksonville NC was amazing! All of the questions I had she answered immediately and made sure that I understood all of my options. She knew a good bit about my personality and what I was looking for and that helped her choose great potentials for me to purchase. She worked around my schedule of two jobs and school to help me find the house I currently bought! I sincerely enjoyed the services she provided including the free trailer to help me move into my new place! That saved me time and money since I could get the trailer days in advance to start packing up my old location and get ready for the move. We would like to take the opportunity to thank Ellen Hough for going the extra mile for us. We had the distinct privilege of having her represent us as both buyer and seller. We first moved back to Jacksonville in 2005 and she worked with us to buy a home while we were still living in Georgia. We were on a very compressed timeline and she took us house hunting over a weekend. After looking at about six homes we found the one we wanted and she quickly moved us through the drudgery of closing. Ellen worked very closely with the builders to complete the home on time and to our specifications. Closing was seamless and she continued to ensure our home was finished before we moved in.
