Home buyers have access to so much information it can almost be too much! There is information about mortgages, Realtors, Insurance and homes that are on the market for sale……or not. I know that the rule of thumb is if it’s on the internet it must be true. However, I can honestly tell you that, that is not always the case. Information can be out dated or just plain inaccurate, you need to speak to someone in the area that has access to the most current data.
Some of the best REALTORS I know don’t necessarily have the most high tech, sharp or whatever website. What matters is if they respond to your email, text or phone call. Or do you feel like you are being a bother to them? Shouldn’t the person that you think might be a good fit for you answer the phone when you call? How long do you wait to get a response from them? Do you feel like they really know who you are when you call? After all this is one of the biggest purchases most people will make, shouldn’t you enjoy your interaction with the REALTOR that you have decided to work with? Or do you rarely even talk to the person that you thought you were working with? Shouldn’t the person that you choose make you feel like you made the right choice? Do they listen to your needs and wants in the home you are seeking or are they pushing you into something that they want to sell you? When it’s working right you should have a level of trust between you. They will speak frankly when you are in the process of finding the home you make an offer on, they should be willing to answer all your questions no matter how minor or silly you think they might be.

I will respond as soon as I can to any contact, if I’m in the middle of something I may not be able to take your call, but I will text you back if I can’t call back right away.
